My previously friendly neighbourhood pharmacy is no longer friendly. The employees used to be curtious and helpful and with a smile ,with the exception of a pharmacist and a cashier. What changed?Im always nice ,smile when smiled at.Was it something I said or did or didn’t do to warant the change in you’re attitudesand quality of service?I spend good money there but it makes me wonder as to the professionalism of pharmacy staff. —soon to be ex customer

  1. Methinks you’re overly sensitive to this situation. Who gives a damn if someone smiles or not? If they’re not perfectly rude, why even care? I go to a store, I’m in and out like a dirty shirt and I could care less who’s smiling and who’s not.

  2. here’s a little homework assignment for you, OP.

Go to the pharmacy, and ask “Im always nice ,smile when smiled at.Was it something I said or did or didn’t do to warant the change in you’re attitudesand quality of service?”

Be prepared to back up your comments better than you did in your bitch

  3. I bet you spend good money there… everything is marked up like mad.
Or is it just the drugs you’re after?
