To my fellow co-worker: We both started at the same time. I am new to this certain industry and learning as I go along. You have been doing this for a few years but it does not give you the right to belittle and demean me especially in front of customers. You work mostly in the back and I work in the front mostly yet you butt your nose in where it doesn’t belong and go behind the counter to fiddle on the computer at your leisure and you won’t move when I have a customer to wait on.

I have been biting my tongue and have not gone to our boss yet because I don’t want to make waves and plus I seem to have a heart and know you are going through rough times but my tongue has been bleeding profusely this past week. Also, little did I know that others have complained about you in the past since you started. You are rude, ignorant, always have something negative to say about everything!

Look bitch, I love my job and I will not let you mess it up because you are a hateful human and don’t know how to talk to people. I will now be talking to our boss after I have talked to the night manager. I hate to think you may lose your job but knowing I am not the only one that you are rude to makes it easier. Get yourself some people skills because I am done having you be rude to me in front of customers and co-workers. I am done with being interrupted when I am having a conversation not involving you. Oh and I am done being nice to you and trying to make things work with you when I am verbally bitch slapped by you on a daily basis. Buh Bye and see ya and don’t let the door hit your sorry ass on the way out. —Ankh69

  1. No excuses Ankh. Go to your boss. You don’t have to get along with your co-workers but anybody acting like what you’ve described is unprofessional as fuck and should not be allowed to get away with it. You’ll have eat your fair share of shit in customer service; but not from co-workers.

  2. It’s not your job, Ankh, to worry about whether or not your co worker has a job. If your co worker DOES lose their job, it’s because of their very own actions. You are showing you are a responsible employee who cares about the organization you work for by wanting what’s best for the company, and obviously this streak of misery isn’t.

Good luck, and let us know how it went with the boss! 🙂

  3. Well I didn’t have to say anything at all.Went into work and found out this person had been fired because of previous complaints from other people.

  4. servers have a rough life ankh, and you are having one of them now. i did that shit for awhile, and got the fuck out, as soon as i found ANYTHING better. yes, you meet a lot of assholes in your day, but you also find some really nice people too.
everything works out in the end.
