you can only control yourself rc. the way you behave rubs off on other people, good or bad. i have learned to either let things off slowly, like a steam valve or a raging bull. in the long run the valve works better but the bull is useful, depends on the situation☀
Thanks for the advice. I don’t react at a situation as it happens because I know I’m a bit controlling and like things “my way”…so I get mad inside….then try to talk myself out of it and tell myself I’m being a nut case because sometime I really am just moody (I try to let the steam out gradually PG)….but the problem is I making excuses as to why “I’m” being unreasonable to let the other person off the hook so many times that eventually I snap at something little because it’s really the hundred other things I let go before that one little thing happened that I’m really mad about. So I guess I don’t really ever let things go for real. Most of the times my anger comes out with a whole lot of tears….which is really what I probably just needed “a good cry”. I’m such a girl.
