yes, somewhere along the way “serviceperson” became confused with “slave”. I am appalled everyday at how servicewokers/slaves get treated by customers and companies alike (that we must all be uneducated robots there to serve every whim). I work in both a professional environment and in a retail one (to make ends meet in this crappy part-time driven economy) and never cease to be amazed at who people speak to service personal like they never would to their accountant. Sadly people have taken “the customer is always right” to mean one can make ridculous requests, be rude, etc. and yet expect everyone to bow to them and their money.
uhhh …hmmmmm, u tell them 2 ‘get a life’, this small inconvienence 4 u & big inconvienience 4 them (they come all the way 2 the store based on u telling them u r open)could b solved by simply specifying when they call that not all services r open presentlyweak, lame
Doesn’t sound like the guy was being that rotten to me. All he did was call to confirm hours before coming there and was then upset about ridiculous “isle ropes”. Sounds like you are just pissed off that you have to work.Well Boo Hoo jimmy. Sunday shopping is not a personal attack on you and if you hate working there then go somewhere else.

Sometimes people bitch because they are inept at making conversation with say a grocery clerk, that being said look at the positive-Sunday Shopping is a go, so no longer will people be bitching about closed off portions.
well unless this person lives under a rock, they should know that there are some areas of the store that are unavailable on Sundays. There has been enough controversy surrounding it, you’d have to be an idiot not to be aware!
i consume very little, therefore i shop very little & i do no care about this so-called controversy therefore whenever i hear anything about it i ignore it choosing 2 spend my time on more important things, i was not aware that certain parts of these stores weren’t open certain days, but i do not live under a rock & i am not an idiot so i guess your argument does not apply 2 everyone
