To everyone’s favourite call centre: Goodbye and good riddance. The past years have been nothing but dealing with incompetence and insecurities. Managers talk about workplace equality but base everything on nepotism over merit all while turning a blind eye to the rampant Racism and Sexism amongst there OWN MANAGEMENT. I would rather take a pay cut than deal with being ostracized for having mental illness. Maybe you should re-evaluate how you actually treat your employees because at this rate you will have no one left to push around. —Nothing Could Make Me Stay

  1. Here’s how I read this:

I haven’t been offered an advancement even though I’ve managed to remain employed here for a long time. This is probably because you are incompetent and insecure. It has nothing to do with the fact that I can’t accept responsibility for myself. I’m unprofessional and I have a shitty attitude that I blame on mental illness so I can try and avoid consequences. Now I’m going to claim you’re racist and sexist because that should give me some kind of credibility among people who salivate at the thought of any social injustice (real or perceived) so when I quit I can tell myself it’s because I was too good for that shitty job and ignore the fact that I just fucking suck at it and am a lousy person to work with. Also I probably call in sick a lot, leaving the rest of my co-workers to pick up my slack — but I shouldn’t be blamed for this because mental illness.

  2. What do you expect in a place that exists, with heavy government subsidies, solely to employ the unemployable?
