To the two drunk frat boys sitting at the back last night at buskers:

1: I haven’t seen two people be so ignorant, selfish, and inconsiderate in a VERY long time.

2: Your cat calls at the female performer/racial slurs thrown around were unbelievable. Had my girlfriend not grabbed my arm when I confronted you I would probably have done something stupid which would have disrupted the show even more.

3: Drinking is fine, so is getting drunk from time to time, but when there are children around any sane person knows not to throw around f-bombs and sexually explicit banter.

4: You were not clever. You may have thought so at the time, but the look on the faces of the parents in your vicinity showed not only disgust, but a possible concern for their children’s safety.

5: Next time, just stay in your parents basement huffing glue and playing your silly video games. Otherwise, you’re going to learn the hard way what is socially acceptable. It probably won’t be me, but a like-minded person (who’s girlfriend/boyfriend isn’t there to stop them) will teach you a lesson in manners.

Eat me. —It took everything I had

  1. Nose whistling assholes.

In my experience nose-whistlers are far more out of touch with reality, have unrealistic and unsustainable standard of living expectations, are self righteous, full of shit and generally pretty stupid.

So what was your bitch about? Respiration techniques?

All you nose-whistling pea brains can fuck right off.

  2. Again, your troll is so fucking lame man. WTF?

Note I do not personally attack you. I attack the argument, not the person.

Your time is limited here with this attitude my friend, mark my words. (unless, as I suspect might be possible with your continued pattern of abuse of other users that you are a staff member – I can’t figure out any other reason why someone would be filled with so much bile for other users. Got a better explanation anybody?)

  3. Getting a little defensive there, oldhand. Perhaps this bitch is hitting a little too close to home…

  4. How did you know they were in a Fraternity???…were they wearing their letters or something…if they were and behaving like that then that is certainly extra stupid on their part as they represent their fraternity when wearing those Letters. If they were just young college aged punks with sandals, kahki shorts, and perhaps scruffy hair or a backwards hat then they are just punks or drunk college kids.

  5. Anyone who calls themselves a mentat is almost certainly not.

Close to home? I don’t drink. You guys are so into projecting yourselves onto others. I do not think like you.

  6. Let me get this straight. There’s some guys (illegally) publicly intoxicated (but you had no problem with that), who are (legally) using profanity in public. You get so offended that you almost (illegally) assault them… and then justify your potential (illegal) violence by saying there were kids in earshot of their (legal) profanity?

So, by your standards swearwords in front of children are worse than violence and alcohol abuse in front of children? Bullshit.

Oh, and video games are NOT silly.

  7. …and, for the record, neither is huffing glue. If you can think of a better way to take the edge off an aerosol propellant buzz, I’m all ears.

  8. Sebastian, you sound like an idiot…

Lets leave our kids home, and not take them to something that is mainly for kids. Good thinking.

People should have the brains to know when to keep their mouth shut and act like respectable human beings. If it had been me I would have said something to them. I wouldn’t have started a fight or anything but I would have spoke my mind for sure, especially if I was there with my kids.If it didn’t work I would have left and gone to another stage.

Quit kid hating all you Coast regulars you make yourselves sound like a bunch of spoiled brats. are you just mad because all the attention is being taken away from you ?

  9. “So, by your standards swearwords in front of children are worse than violence and alcohol abuse in front of children? Bullshit.”

Great point, Snoop! I was at a hockey game once and cheered for the visiting team. Doing so resulted in a few locals yelling at me which prompted my retorts.

When I used some colourful language, it was bad and the fans wanted to attack and assault me – in front of their kids. But when they were using it, totally fine. And it was also okay to assault someone else for cheering another team!

Even when I said, “So language is bad but assaulting someone is good?” it just got them hopping mad and ready to jump me. GOod thing I didn’t go to the game alone…

  10. i’ve had three wee babies visit the shop this week…their little feet are so cute. not too many dogs but the week is still young

  11. If they were being rude to the performer someone should have said something to them. People like that usually don’t have the balls to attack someone in a crowd, especially if you get the crowd to back you up. Frankly I don’t care about swearing in public because I swear like a Russian sailor, but I try not to say motherfucker and cuntface around the wee youngins.
