I have only seen one of these idiots and they too were going faster than me and the speed limit. More stupid moms with too much time on their hands!! Only when you hit one their precious children will they start to go the speed limit again for a week.
answer to that, buy minature heat seeking missles, no more people passing, for awhile, anyway.make sure you have about 1,000 for a 10 minute commute tho.
