You are by-far the most unprofessional manager I have ever had. You purposely start fights with employees and customers to ‘let off some steam’, gossip about your staff and brag every chance about how good YOUR job is.
Here’s the thing: My job is my job. I have friends and a REAL LIFE outside this 9-5, and frankly, I feel sort of bad for you.
News Flash! You scare the shit out of your employees, you have no class, and I can’t see you being able to make it much further than this in your life. —Rat-race

OP, if there are problems with your manager, you should bring the complaint up with him/her. If it goes unresolved, escalate it to whoever is above him/her. The working conditions your manager is creating should not be tolerated and sound highly unprofessional.
Some assholes are incurable. They tend to be the ones that are excellent at kissing ass to get ahead. I feel for you, OP. But if you think your manager is still capable of being saved, take it up with him/her. At least you’ve done something. If you get fired for it, know that another door will open for you, and you would be probably better off.
and this affects you how again? if it is so bad there, don’t you think that it’s time to move on? there must be a better place for you, unless you are stuck in a dead end cleaning job.
There’s only one way to stick it to Boss Hogg, and that’s to floor it and yell, “YEEEEE HAW!”
Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as talking to the management about it or even escalating. I didn’t write this post, but I know the situation well, and even going to the top hasn’t helped. Not when the manager’s best friends with the CEO.
let me guess; your speaking about a “career woman”
