Metro Transit you need a presentation on customer service and how to run a business. I was out of the city for three weeks and needed a bus pass for May. Metro policy recalls passes and I could not buy one on May 13. Common sense would never allow me to think this would happen!! —Back to my car

Halifax transit hates sense, both common, or otherwise.
why would you want to buy a bus pass when half of the month has already passed? They stop selling them on the 10th of the month because it becomes cost prohibitive to the consumer after that date to buy one and get the full use out of it.
