People have been saying this about TransGlobe (particularly Ocean Towers?) for years upon years.. but people still rent, because they offer what those people need – CHEAP rent.Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. Although I agree that in most of these situations TransGlobe is clearly the douche.
Someone needs to start an online slumlord alert list. I think we all have a few we could add, Halifax is rife with them, being a university town. The word needs to get out.
Killam Properties is just about as bad.
