  1. no ulterior motives behind random acts of kindness. that’s the point. just seeing an opportunity to do a good deed and doing it. pass it on. to try notice opportunities yourself and do what you can. pick up someone’s dropped book. if you get a seat on a crowded bus offer to hold a standee’s heavy parcel on your lap. open doors. hold the elevator. opportunities are everywhere.
