Maybe he was being a little anal, but he is just doing his job as manager which includes security of the restaurant. Someone with a mask could easily be a robber, he has no way to know. So to tell one person to remove their costume, guess he felt in fairness he had to tell the same to everyone. I worked in fast food for years when I was younger and one Halloween came into my restaurant in a full costume, completely oblivious to how they may react. Expecting to see my co-workers laugh at the site, many of their eyes just got a dead serious look and my manager (although not angry at all) said I’d have to take off most of it, so I did. Of course there’s the option of going through the drive-thru and avoiding the whole situation, unless you were drunk, get someone else to go pick it up for you maybe.
As an employee of McDonalds…I’m glad that the manager wouldn’t let you in. It is a safety issue for us, and the fact that you don’t get that, is not out problem. Go wash your face. It’s only make up. You could have been a robber for all he knew…Kudos to the McManager
To went to bed hungry… Do you seriously think we’re still in the Leave it toBeaver” or ” Happy Days ” era. OF COURSE you have to take your mask or makeup off if you’re not 10 and under. Times have changed my friend and not for the better!!! It’s about security now, and guaranteed, you will eat another Big Mac in the future and perhaps in the same location without your disguise.

i also was kicked out of mac dicks that night and i do understad not allowing people in with masks but we were kicked out because of a few blck wiskers on the side of our face it was just rude. not to mention that they allowed us to wait in line for a half hour and only kicked us out when we arrived at the cash register, so if we are good enough to wait in line we are good enough to get a dam burger also went to bed hungry
