I use to run a few miles nightly. One night,tired beyond belief and ready to call it quits, this beautiful older man ran towards me and high fived me, saying “Happy road work”.I saw him a few times afterwards and he is my inspiration. Kindness shocks me. You rock mister.

  1. Simple things…Have Power!
    I was on a duranthalone(run/cycle) once…while on the run(part), The guy next to me was say-n,he was done.
    I said, man you can do it, keep going…look at my right shoe…untied and I am still going. He smiled,shook my hand and said thanks man!
    He finished in his best time ever!
    He thanked me again after crossing the F line.

    It was enough to keep him going to the end…did I know that then, No!
