This weekend’s 4th annual Obey Convention was amazing is on so many levels. Thank you to everyone who helped put this together, everyone who played, and everyone else who showed up and partied. It was nice to see so many friendly faces out and about at the shows, every show was packed. I can’t wait for next year. —ObeyLovin’Gal

Sobey’s is pretty good, but a bit overpriced. I prefer Superstore.
OK, so I’m not THAT funny, but I seriously saw a Sobey’s sign where both the S’s were burnt out one time. Not as good as the “Old Orchard Inn” missing the “c” in “Orchard,” though. Or the “LEATHER BASS CHAIR” advertisement that had a few words removed to create… can you guess?
“EAT HER ASS HAIR”
In Grade 10 we took two candy bar wrappers , a Virginia and an Eat More and put them on the chalkboard of our Alsatian hag of a french teacher. They had ,of course, been folded to read VIRGIN and EAT ME. We thought we were being utterly hilarious, but then, we all had some growing up to do.
