I’m so grateful that we reconnected. I really did miss hanging out with you. I know you have things in your past that make it difficult for you to be all-the-way-in a relationship.
I think you need a little more faith in yourself, and how good you really are. When I met you I could see the strength and beauty (and even the goodness) that you have. I have faith in you. I believe you’re a beautiful woman who deserves to be loved, and wanted.
When you’re in my arms I can feel you allow yourself to be protected by me. I can see the look in your eyes that says “I want you”. I’m cool to let it be like this for a little while. This is sweet and I really really hope things work out and she feels the same way and is not taking advantage of your big heart. Remember OP that you are awesome and deserve someone who will be your rock and biggest fan as well. (I can’t help but be devils advocate sometimes so please watch for the signs)
Alas, it’s me.
I really do care about her, and I know she cares about me. She has trouble just letting go of anxiety though. If she asked, I would be right there for her, no questions asked. I think she just needs me to not make demands right now, as she has some big life changes going on. So I’m here when she calls me, and I try not to crowd her when she doesn’t.
I know when we’re together that there is definitely a feeling of deep attraction and caring. Maybe she’ll figure something out and find the faith in herself to let herself go and love.
In the mean time I’m still open to whatevs.
