Quinpool seems to be the target for many a litter bug. I see this almost daily.
And that’s not to mention the hicks that drive up and down screaming shit at a people.

While I agree with the principle of this bitch, let’s be realistic. Those fragments of paper are going to be reduced to their component parts after a day or so of Nova Scotia’s world renowned acid rain. It’s not like Q-Pool is Halifax’s version of Rodeo Drive. Between uni students slumming it up, rebels from the anarchist quarter eating fast food(ironically, of course) and hoodrats getting their one hot meal of the week there’s more than enough unsightly detritus to go around.
The poor sap realized that his significant other already beat him to the bank and withdrew all funds, all he saw on paper was big fat zeroes.
