To the guy who left the bank on Quinpool, ripped his ATM receipt into little pieces then threw it all over the sidewalk: there are garbage bins inside the bank for your waste and multiple bins outside. Sometimes it’s the little things that make people look like assholes.. That was one of them. —MyParentsTaughtMeNotToLitter

  1. i just watched a very good movie called sightseers. one incident involving a litterbug. check it out.

  2. Quinpool seems to be the target for many a litter bug. I see this almost daily.

And that’s not to mention the hicks that drive up and down screaming shit at a people.

    Strange place.

  3. While I agree with the principle of this bitch, let’s be realistic. Those fragments of paper are going to be reduced to their component parts after a day or so of Nova Scotia’s world renowned acid rain. It’s not like Q-Pool is Halifax’s version of Rodeo Drive. Between uni students slumming it up, rebels from the anarchist quarter eating fast food(ironically, of course) and hoodrats getting their one hot meal of the week there’s more than enough unsightly detritus to go around.

  4. The poor sap realized that his significant other already beat him to the bank and withdrew all funds, all he saw on paper was big fat zeroes.

  5. lol, this thread is such a great example of how we all react according to our personality/experiences.

i think about a scene where the litterbug gets kicked to death
klyde relates it to money sucking ex wives
jhey brings up the hicks who scream at him
ivan gets a kick at anarchists & baby mommas’ get (you skipped the feminazis, again. i am doubly hurt)

    i really like this place.

  6. LMAO GDM. I did take a swipe at students , so the dreaded fword was kind of implied.
But, in all seriousness, I probably should freshen up my Enemies List; lest I be accused of cudgelling an ex-equine.

  7. that horse isn’t dead, he’s pining for the fjords!

but really check out sightseers on netflix.
