If martym is correct .
TTFN was a signature of an old boyfriend of mine who became a beached 3 times divorced beluga with a million kazoolas in the bank and alimony worthy of Mel Gibson and his 600 kids. In those oh so innocent days of our courtship back in ’73, it meant ‘Ta-Ta For Now’.
I am going to go out on a limb here and confess . .
I am one of those people who still has the Christmas lights up. Not the tree, just the lights in the window.
Why? Because January and February are the most grey and dismal time of the year.
It brightens things up to have a bit of colour and light while we wait for days to get longer.
So, while I am not a fan of most “Christmas-y” stuff—not a fan of most of the music, or most of the decorations, but I really do love the lights.
So, I appreciate it when people leave the lights up longer, brightening up the dead of winter.
i agree ruby jane. its better than seeing them in october
Ya, I keep mine up also, they’re a great backdrop for the snow.
LOL. Are you volunteering?
TTFN, I had thought you stole that from Tigger….
the pooh character.
Now I realize…. HE DID and you were just perpetuating it.
Ta-Ta For Now. Nice.
