Why does it bother you if others enjoy/dress-up/go out for Halloween? Ya, I’m talkin to you, you snobby little 20something year old on the #20 who felt the need to huff and puff at everyone who got on the bus dressed up on Friday. You even went so far as to make comments loud enough for all to hear, such as “Some people take it too far” or “people need to grow up”! Why does it bother you that others are enjoying themselves? And not just the little bitch on the bus, but I heard a lot of negative comments over the weekend that were directed at adults dressing up and taking part in Halloween. I don’t understand why it bothers you, if you are one of those TYPES who’s annoyed by others happiness and spirit, can you please tell me why???? WHY?????
—If you are this miserable at the age of 20…..I’d hate to run into you when you’re TTFN’s age!

Ugh I hate it when people try and suck the fun out of everything. There’s nothing wrong with dressing up on halloween and having some FUN.
As long as people don’t take it too far, what’s the harm in having a little fun here or there? I know one person’s idea of fun isn’t always another’s but why purposely spoil it?
When I went to Toronto to see NKOTB last year it was the most fun I had in a long time. Some might find it lame, but I thought it was wonderful! I got a lot of people making fun of me, but I just ignored the haters and enjoyed myself, safe in the knowledge that I was having fun while they were sitting at home doing nothing!
Next time, OP, tell the haters to suck it. 🙂
Maybe when she gets to my age she’ll mellow out – or implode. At least her tits will make lovely earmuffs, especially if she can pop her nipples into her earholes.
Haters are plagued with jealousy, plain and simple.
Hell, I’m almost 30 and I dressed up as Raggedy Andy!! I LOVE Halloween and all the fun that comes with it! Getting dressed up and being someone else for a night is awesome! If anyone had said anything to/around me, I would have told them to blow it out their ass. Halloween is about fun and light-heartedness. Don’t let someone else ruin it for you!
UGH!
Halloween is for everyone. It’s a time where people get to dress up AND HAVE FUN. fucking jealous people probably have had miserable childhood memories from halloween and never wanna dress up again but they shouldnt go and make negative comments.. assholeS!
Even my dog dressed up for Halloween. I had a smile on my face every time I looked at him; several people had a good laugh seeing us on our walks (I don’t even care if it was directed at me for not being “grown-up”, or at my dog for looking “silly”, or just cause my dog is freakin’ awesome).
Sitting at home doing nothing > NKOTB concert
lol, they’re still around? Well, to each their own.
“Even my dog dressed up for Halloween.”
You must have a pretty smart dog if he’s able to dress himself up for Halloween. Did he even pick out his own costume?
I had to get my costume at the last minute from Value Village to go to a party I wasn’t even all that keen on going to, but I just had nothing else to do. I’m a big loser.
Party poopers are everywhere, like little rats. Just do what I do: obscenely thrust my crotch at them, dedicate the next drink to them, and move one.
I love Halloween and all that goes with it.
I love being someone else for a night…..its hot!!! especially if you wear fishnets!! WOOT!!
So fuck all you jealous bitches that didn’t participate in fear of getting made fun of!
People still take the bus? Now that’s scary!
Gotta love Halloween and all the sexy little costumes that come with it.
Personnally, I like the costumes that make me laugh! I saw a lot of good ones this year. Best one was a guy dressed as a genie in a lamp – top half genie/bottom half lamp that said “rub me”….lol Oh and that guy dressed like a box of tampons cracked me up!
I liked the guys dressed as ketchup and mustard… very unique.
PK, you were disappointed in me getting dane cook tickets and you went to see the NKOTB last year…. wow.
People should dress up in fun, interesting, silly and surreal costumes EVERY day, if they feel like it!
I think that the “costumes” that we wear every day (since we tend to choose our clothes for the meanings/identities they convey) tend to be on the boring and conforming side: It’s depressing to look down a busy sidewalk, and practically every person is wearing black or grey. Wear some colour! (I agree with Warhol and Eno: There is no such thing as a “bad” or “wrong” colour combination) Wear some pattern! Make the world a more vibrant place… It feels good, too.
Hallowe’en can be really fun, plus it’s a nice pagan holiday for a change… Some years I grinch out, but this year I dressed up at a costume party (on the Friday!) and had a blast with it. “Don’t dream it, be it.”
