Wait, let me get this straight, you are for dogs being unteathered when they are unattended to and risk the chance of attacking a passing person? You sir, are one huge sicko!I agree, in the winter the dog needs to be in a warmer place.. That’s why you don’t get those exotic dogs that don’t fricken belong in the region in the first place. Why get a pug if a pug doesn’t exist in Canada, you are forcing a climate it wasn’t genetically suited for. Get a husky, or one of those cayote cubs…I suggest you pass a law banning all dogs and cats that arn’t built to handle climate change, that way, the dog would be happier in an environment that it belongs and have a better chance meeting more of it’s natural kind.You want to be more like the U.S.?
