If women would only realize their place in life, we’d all get along.

Fact: an extreme thermostat setting does not make is warmer any faster than the desired thermostat setting.
I don’t know the age of the woman in question but she may be menopausal.
I used to work in an office with a woman like this. She would freeze if it was 35 and sunny out. She used to get all pissy because we used to tell her to “bring a sweater”. Her response was “I shouldn’t have to!” So I told her “Your choices are bring a sweater or keep turning the heat up and I strip naked right here. BTW, I have a TON of filing to do and it’s all in the BOTTOM drawer of the cabinet next to your desk so, choose wisely.” She started bringing a sweater.
OP Tell her to see her GP to get her Thyroid checked.
I had to use a dime to build a bookcase once.
using the thermostat to regulate heat??
What the fuck is this city coming to?
HAH crayons.
I’m always cold unless I’m sleeping. My body temp goes up astronomically when I sleep. So I have to sleep with the window open, and a ceiling fan and a floor fan. My house in the valley used to be an undertaker’s house and my room was the embalming room with no heater. The house was 200 years old and insulated with birch bark, so I could see my breath in the winter when I went to bed. I think my body would heat up to compensate and never stopped when I moved out, hence the boiling hot body temp at night.
My point? I use a fan and open the window to compensate, and wear sweaters/socks/blankets when I’m cold. Keeping the thermostate on 22 works well for the people I live with so I compensate when I need to.
People who live with others should learn how to compromise.
The ups and downs might be a sign of poor windows+insulation. I use removable calking and completely seal them off (un open enable), removing it of course come spring. If you cook supper cook things that have to be boiled and then don’t drain the liquid until it’s cold. That bit of resonance heat helps. Also don’t be surprised if one of your radiators is taking the load over the other ones, the heat should be even for all of them.

This is why your suppose to stay in school. Oops I mean you’re.
Senor; Not to split hairs, but why bring education into this? Do you have a degree? What field of work? Do you still do a couple night courses for fun? Maybe as a hobby? Should we compare pensions and benefits? Investments? I highly doubt you would have anything to say on any of these topics.
