At what point do you decide to recruit complete idiots and physically lacking people to a police force ?? ….other forces laugh their ass off at the recruitment corruption here . You got guys/gals being denied here but accepted at forces with 3 times the entry requirements in other cities.Sick when you see who is related to who in the last 4 recruitments.Here’s an idea , take the best qualified recruits.Wow what an idea!! Why don’t the Good Cops start standing up and saying something to their boss’s ??? Why don’t the Boss’s remember CHARACTER and try to fix the sick , twisted recruitment process this city has.This city loses awesome recruit’s every year to other forces in Canada and for what? The boyz in Blue here are so fucked in their self diluted bubble world of corruption in the ranks.It’s the butt end of many jokes across numerous city police locker rooms in this country .

Been there .. have seen this exact situation.If you’re a white, 90lb girl, you’re in, 9 times out of 10 regardless.CALM DOWN .. I’m not saying there aren’t qualified, 90lb females on the force, I’m just saying from what I have seen, they are a dime a dozen…. Oh God, why am I even posting this? I can’t wait to see the freaking out.
Actually Marly, it’s to the point where government now hire based on certain “quotas”…. visible minorities being one. Please don’t anyone take offence, I’m just stating fact. If someone of a “visible minority” should apply and qualify (equal opportunity for all who applied), then by all means, they deserve the job… but all too often, the white male is overlooked because the department is short on “visible minorities”. The merit system is not always there!!
I don’t think the whole visible minority should apply anywhere. I’m not white, but seriously, aren’t white people visible minority. They’re a minority. They’re visible. No one should be accepted based on their race or religion, but based on their attitude, outlook, education, and street smarts. I notice the police in NS don’t look at any of that. Which is really sad. This process is indeed deteriorating our police force, placing the idiots at the top, who just took the position to power trip, and rejecting the smart and respectful people. And to the officers that work a night shift, what the fuck gives you the right to be pissed at me because you got shafted to the night shift!!!. It’s hilarious. Try to get pulled over after midnight and pay attention to the attitude.
