It’s summertime! So why do I still see so many ladies around HRM wearing black tights and big ass boots? Summer calls for shorts, skirts, capris, jeans, whatever you want to plaster on yo’ legs just not tights! You look dumb. And as for ladies that are still wearing Uggs or huge leather boots in the middle of summer. A wag of my finger to you and put on some sandals for Zeus’s sake! —Take it Off

  1. I don’t always like to wear a dress without tights as wind is usually a factor and only a select few get to see what’s underneath. Also, these tights aren’t usually made of thick wool. They’re usually paper thin cotton. I don’t understand why boys think tights are super warm!! Mind your own attire.

  2. Summer here is not “summer” anywhere else… it it were 90 degrees for four or five months, maybe our fashions would live up to your standards. Sorry buddy, you are in a place without a real summer. Deal with it, we have to every year…

  3. While I appreciate ladies in summer attire as much as the next man, I think everybody should be able to wear whatever they want to wear.

  4. Hear, hear OP. It’s true though we haven’t had that many really hot days. Not seeing enough skin? I dunno what to tell you.

  5. where are you from, pervert, nunavut? We’ve had a total of two days here where it’s warm enough and dry enough to go outside without a parka.

We’re not here to entertain your need for skin. And you wouldn’t feel we needed to if you ever got any. Women cover up especially to avoid the creepy gazes of men like you.

  6. i get the sense from your “for Zeus’s sake” that sitting your fat, nasty, sweaty behind on spring garden road in july is about all the action you get in a year. And for that i feel sorry for you. But trust me.. i know your kind and our bodies are NONE of your business. Get back on WoW and stop being creepy.

  7. hey, OP- how about you worry about what you’re wearing and MIND YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS. The ladies of Halifax are not here YOUR personal amusement.
