While I agreed with a recent bitch about whining kids indoors in a public place (should not be tolerated), I would encourage children playing joyfully outside. I see a lot of pudgy little ones these days. Not good for their long term health to be overweight at that age. The more running and playing the better. Bring it on.
If it bothers you so much, may I suggest installing a fence? Sheesh, get a grip.
And what charming customs did your people bring with them when they came from ‘their’ country? After all dig far enough back and some of our ancestors came from somewhere else and eventually blended in, and / or added to the mix of customs here. Did you attempt to speak with them? Even if language may be a problem. May have helped if you had tried to help teach them rather than rant on a bitch forum that they may not see. Also, nice to see that you are an expert on the customs of the countries of the world as you state you ‘know’ what happens in their country.

oh, please. It’s not racist. There are different customs and norms in other countries. What is acceptable here might not be acceptable there, and vice versa.
It’s his yard! If he don’t want screaming kids by his window I don’t blame him. People today no matter what nationality seem to forget about respecting others and their property.
