Furious Styles: I don’t know if anyone else was in the parking lot at the time of the incident, but perhaps an ad on Kijiji or taking your story to the media might find a witness – and might help catch the person responsible.

Does your wife know color, make and model? One would assume that they were there to get gas so at some point they were parked in front of a camera. It is possible based on the time she was hit they could look at the camera moments before and figure out which car it is.
