Here is a big fuck you to the city and construction fuckers on Kearney Lake:

Why is it necessary to close down 2 lanes, for most of the road to only be working in two little sections? I live on Kearney Lake Road and I work 5 minutes away, but yet because you have such a cluster fuck going on, it takes 10 minutes to move 10 fucking feet. Open up a lane, all your company trucks and workers cars basically park on the fucking sidewalk anyway.

Once I make it past the cluster fuck, I get to sit at the fucking 10, minute red light by the overpass. Fuck, really take a drive up there sometime. The reason is probably because all the paper pushers and “important” people can show up to work whenever the fuck they want and don’t have to deal with the morning and evening traffic.

Fuck you and your construction and especially your fucking red light. —Early Morning Anger Man

  1. Because you are so important to the city of Halifax, and such an integral part of public opinion we have cancelled the construction. The city apologizes for your inconvenience we won’t be collecting any taxes from you this year.

  2. LIFE, you beat me to it. I did have a question for the OP, though – if there is a guaranteed 10 minute red light then how does he or she know that he or she works just 5 minutes away? Or is that simply the OP’s estimate of how long it ought to take if there were no lights and zero car and ped traffic? And no speed limit.

  3. You work 5 minutes away from where you live and you drive to work through construction everyday ? Do you see the moral to this story ?

  4. I think they mean they live five minutes away by car but the construction interfers with that I guess I dunno. I live 7 minutes away from work by car but if I were to walk it takes a little less than an hour and to bus it takes about 25 minutes. And OP, I don’t think other people’s jobs that you’re so envious of has anything to do with the planning of construction.
