I said “uh oh” because anytime anyone has a huge feelings for a co-worker and isn’t entirely sure the feelings are mutual, there’s plenty of room for the whole situation to go south. If there is a big letdown, OL has to go back and face a very different workplace day after day. It’s nobody’s fault really, just life.
Again, maybe the feelings are mutual and they’ll live happily ever after.
