If I understand correctly, I think this bitch is about people who don’t know something and are afraid to ask a question because they run the risk of sounding stupid so they just waste time in trying to figure it out and whatnot, instead of just asking. I used to hate asking questions but I dunno, I am less shy now and have no problem admitting ignorance 😀
