To whichever mid-size dog owner is letting their mutt take dumps all over North End sidewalks, my patience is wearing thin.
If you can remember to put your dog on a leash, you should be able to manage bringing bags along too: they’re just as necessary. Face it, “taking the dog for a walk” is basically shorthand for “letting this animal shit somewhere outside”. Accept it and come prepared. —Cat person, walkin’ here

i still say that people who want to have a dog of any size, should have to have a license to own one, like a drivers license that is. and there should be a three strike complaint law also.
Don’t blame the animal. It’s always the owner. The owner probably just walks around shitting their pants too.
It’s the North End – it adds to the ambience.
