Guys like that deserve to be dropped off naked in a neighborhood populated entirely by the people they are insulting, with a sign like the one Bruce Willis has to wear in Die Hard 3. This type of violence happens all the time, but from my experience its usually the other way around. Screaming crap like that from your car is pretty crazy, im not sure if i would call this nut job a coward especially because he actually jumped out of his car and ran up to the guy, thats fucked and actually takes some balls.
I usually carry my digital camera in the car in case of an accident.
