so the tenants below me who haven’t paid rent since april,but sure did have enough balls to make a complaint about my noise. i’m sorry if you don’t pay rent u shouldn’t have any tenant’s rights especially to complain about other tenant’s. i’m saddened your kids have to grow up like you . bring it on. if you want trouble bitch i want the same thing!!

I’d be willing to bet that even if they HAD paid their rent, it wouldn’t make a difference to a noisy-type like you. Or, could it be that you are only now making noise, because you think you can get away with it under your neighbour’s unfortunate circumstances; they didn’t pay their rent, so as you say, they don’t have a right to complain? What an opportunist! That, combined with your own self-proclaimed enthusiasm for ‘trouble’, makes you sound extremely petty and immature. Hmm…for that matter, maybe you should get your own tubes tied! An while you’re at it, mind your own business!!

i don’t need to mind my business i’m the superintendent. the neighbor is on welfare and doesn’t pay rent,and it’s coming out of your hard earned tax dollars. being spent on booze and drugs.

I’m pretty sure in some situations the dept of community services will actually pay the person receiving social assistance’s rent out of their alloted cheque because there seems to be a huge issue with rents not being paid for this demographic.
I’d contact the dept of community services and check this out. If you can get paid directly through them rather than rely on these people to pay you (which obviously they aren’t), then you’ll have a much easier time getting what’s owed to you, and the tenant won’t get thrown out onto the streets for not paying their rent.
You live next to a family whose aspirations include living off of others. You should move out of the SLUMS if you expect something different from your neighbors.
