Why would someone do that? There can be only one explanation. He acted because he realized that she was handicapped. She presented no threat. He could do as he liked. In effect, the man is a sociopath. But what, if anything can be done?
Rational debate is a non-starter with sociopaths. Force must be used. That is all they understand. Two possibilities present themselves: (1) Handicapped drivers should be licenced -and known to be licenced – to carry a small gun for occasions such as these. I would say a small Derringer; (2) Onlookers should come to the handicapped driver’s aid. What, in other words, was “Dollarama Bystander” doing? Was he “The Coward of the County”?

I was too far away. By the time I got there, the illegally parked woman had already driven away. I wasnt standing around watching, there was nothing I could actually do. Perhaps “bystander” was the wrong word? Either way, bitch blocked a handicapped spot, didn’t give a fuck. With the holidays here, more disabled people will be out shopping at the same time, so let them have their fucking spots. That, folks, is the point of my bitch.
