Last night I heard someone screaming for help,
I ran outside of my north end Darmouth apartment to see one girl on the ground getting beaten by 10-14 other girls –
they were all younger.
I ran up and yelled at them to stop and tried to break it up, there was a man trying to pull the girl getting beat away from the mob, and the aggressors all started running away.
When I turned around and saw all the faces in the windows and grown men standing at the edge of their driveways watching the commotion I was disgusted, I was petrified running up there, it was a very scary situation to put yourself into when you don’t know whats happening but they could have beat that girl to death and it wouldn’t have been so scary if everyone who was peeking through there curtains went outside and stood together as a community, these CHILDREN wouldn’t have so much free reign over this nieghbourhood.
Does another person need to be senselessly murdered here because people are just to afraid to scream at a kid, that’s all they are, out of control children.
If I see someone else getting attacked, I will not be afraid to interject again. If I have to take a punch in the face next time or the gang swarms me, the bruises wont hurt as bad as knowing I peeked out the window while someone got beat to death in front of my house. Hopes someone breaks it up with me

Well done OP, I’d hope people in my neighbourhood would do the same as you if the situation arose. Well Done!
I applaud your courage and determination. Refusing to live as a victim is more liberating than anything I know. If the world had more people like you in it, it would suck less.
In case the victim said nothing, THANK YOU, you brave, beautiful human.
don’t forget to put on the phone books first, or you’re gonna be shank bait.
The little fucks have no remorse in knifing strangers these days.
Did anyone call the police?
Well done OP, just hope I would have the balls when push comes to shove, but luckily I’m in some what civilized Victoria BC and this hasn’t happened here since Reena Virk.
do it do it do it…unless there is a gun. go for the big one
Little candy-ass pussies venting out before they go back to school to achieve nothing in their lives.
OP good for you for taking a stand.
You have my respect OP. Remember, these little punks are only afraid of ONE thing: us standing up to them. They’re so used to everyone cowering before them that when someone calls them out on their bullshit and gives them a whooping they don’t know what to do. After all, only complete and utter pussies see the need to get a crew of 10 together to attack someone.
Bravo!!!
Good for you! *Mouse Ears*
Sounds like a clear case of a good old fashioned CAT FIGHT to me! REEEOOOOOWWW! HAIR PULL, NAILS, AHHHHH *SMACK*, BITCH!
Next time, OP, you bring the beer and popcorn, and I’ll bring the little inflatable pool of canola oil. We’ll charge everyone else admission.
Wait, they were hot, right?
Just discharge a shotgun up into the air, that’ll break up the crowd
you got balls. i did the sam thing last summer in a similar situation, and my friends and family all ranted about how i could have been killed. its nice to see i’m not the only stupid ass who’d feel better with a black eye than having done nothing.
I wa in a similar situation last summer, and reacted the same way, only to find myself at the wrong end of family and friends. They were concerned i could have been hurt or killed, but a hospital visits worth not having guilt at doing nothing. It is really nice to see I’m not the only stupid ass in town willing to go out on a limb.
OP, you are true leadership material. I mean it. It is a quality that is difficult to train into people and you apparently come by it naturally. It will serve you well.
Next time call 911 and see if some charges are laid, names named and all that jazz. Your approached ensures all go unpunished. Cudo’s for steppin’ in, just call the cops first next time… God, I hope there’s not a next time.
