When you are shopping for shoes (or anything else) and the sales person informs you that they do not have your size THIS MEANS THEY DONT HAVE YOUR SIZE. We want your money plain and simple and if we could sell you something we would.. Bitching to me about the fact “these would be sooooo perfect a half size smaller” for ten minutes isnt going to make the shoes appear in my stock room so ask for something else or get on with your day.

  1. On a related but ultimately unrelated note, what the hell is with Halifax stores not being able to keep large sizes in stock? Come to think of it, its really hard to get a lot of things here. Its like we are living in a wet and windy outpost of the British Empire in 1756! Don’t make me become a privateer and begin attacking passing French freighters for properly sized trousers, shirts and shoes! Cause Goddammit, I will!

  2. To stores that sell things; clothes, shoes, shirts and such. If you find that a particular size sells out often…Order more the next time… 8½ shoes for example, they are never in stock. Why not order extra? Perhaps if you spoke to the person doing the ordering you could arrange to have more of whatever size is selling out often. Then you would not have to bitch about customers wanting the half size smaller. Be more pro-active, use your brain for more than just bitching and complaining.
