just want to thank the farmers and glorious halloween for their pumpkins and the seeds that i oven bake with butter and salt. oh how i wish i could get pumpkins year round… can i???

  1. I love pumpkins! You probably know all this, but… the baked seeds will last all year in a sealed container. (As long as they’re dried out enough in the oven.) I’ve also put chunks of fresh pumpkin in the freezer and then used later in the year for soup.
