Ok, so I’ve been a bluenoser bank customer for 24 years. Same branch for 15. I book an appointment with the teller to see the mortgage person the following Monday. Its pretty much a week away. I go in on the Monday at the agreed upon time, changing my lunch hour to accommodate the meeting. I go to the receptionist and she tells me that I do not have an appointment, that I am wrong. Weird, ’cause I can see my name on the calendar on her terminal. Rather than argue with her, which would be pointless because the mortgage person isn’t there because my meeting was ‘not booked’ I make another appointment for a couple days later. I show up, this time taking my lunch at the stupid time of 3 o’clock and guess what? Yup, the person who I was supposed to meet is not there.
Here I am 3 months later, living in my non-bluenose bank financed home. You are handy, being right across the street from where I work, but other than using you for a savings account I’ll be working with someone else for the important stuff. Thanks (but not really).
