You NEED to have you receipt for a return ANYWHERE. I am not permitted to do a return without one. That’s where my manager comes in. Why would you NOT save your reciept? Perhaps you didn’t actually PAY for them? I’m so sorry that apparently your daughter couldn’t take the damned pre natal vitamins. Which personally I think is bullshit. And so sorry you drove, and I quote, “all the way over from Dartmouth”, oh wow, a whole 15 minute drive, how inconvienienced you must be. But you are a terrible person.
Stop yelling at people to get your way. YES we DO have a manager on duty, but she IS entitled to a lunch break!!! And NO I can NOT “call her on her cell phone” as you asked, because even if she had one I would NOT be interupting her lunch break to come and deal with your cranky self. And after all this, you in your ugly leather jacket (with your matching fake and bake skin) stand in line touting to your friend “you see that’s why you have to be insistant!” like you’d just won an effing gold medal. By insistant did you mean bitchy, angry, rude, ignorant? Did you mean yelling at someone for so long that they are willing to put their job on the line just to make you GO AWAY? You know if you had been HONEST and maybe NICE to me, we could have made it a much smoother transaction.
Next time you go so far out of your way to come “all the way over from Dartmouth”, to make a return, leave your effing attitude at home.
