I believe its within each of us to snap out of this weird neurosis that’s gripped society, the invisible-wall between us, the devil in our ear whispering that we’re ‘not good enough’ or ‘can’t do it’ and all that nonsense… Media-culture’s a big Electric Dictator that constantly tries to intimidate the masses with sex, fashion and so-called culture.

Stay off of or cut down on all of your social media exposure. It’s easy to be fooled by all of the “contrived perfection” people present there and start comparing yourself. That isn’t their day to day reality – nor could it be yours.
