I can’t fucking wait until the stores stop selling those narrow-legged jeans that cling to your entire legs! I’m so sick of picking out jeans that look like non-clingy ones that are nice and loose around the calve and ankle area (on the rack) but finding out they ARE those clingy narrow-legged type (when trying them on)! They don’t look good on any girl unless she’s 5 foot 11 and 100 pounds! I’m not fat or even slightly overweight, but I’m short and I’m NOT pin-thin, therefore I look like a fucking hippo and my legs appears chunkier than they really are when I wear those jeans! And I hate to say this, but no other girl who’s not a fucking anorexic looks very flattering in them either. Why must every pair of jeans be those awful narrow-legged ones these days? GRRR!!!!!

  1. You mean skinny jeans.I agree, they’re not attractive on most girls, and defenitely not on guys. I’m petite myself, and am not overweight, but in no way am i tempted to strut around in a pair of hotdog-skin pants. People are free to make thier own fashion choices, just as they are free to laugh at and make fun of those they don’t find appealing. Skinny jeans will go out of style evenually..until then, enjoy the humor in them. 🙂

  2. I have to disagree on the non-attractive opinion of those jeans…I LOVE THEM…I wear them and I am not fat nor skinny, and they don’t make me look odd or funny….I also have a 17yr old son WHO LOVES to wear them as well….They look different on him then they do on me of course and I AM IN NO WAY ANOREXIC!! I’m about a size 7/9 and LOVES MY SKINNY jeans and LOOK DAMN GOOD in them!!

  3. Good for you, Jenn, but you’re in the minority. To play devil’s advocate, though, is it only your opinion that you look good in them? Most people wear their clothes with the thought that they look good . Case in point, the hip hop followers who wear their jeans hanging almost off their asses. I’m sure they think they look cool, but reality check – they don’t. I’m not trying to be nasty, there are people who look good in the skinny jeans, I’m just asking, that’s all.

  4. “arent skinny jeans for depressed, poem writing, black haired, vegetable eating emo kids”John you said it!i find mainly boys are wearing them now

  5. People are silly, sillies. There are different styles of all types of clothing for ALL BODY TYPES. We don’t all look the same. Skinny jeans aren’t meant for 5’11 100 llbs anoerexic girls, they’re actually MOST flattering on short girls because they hug the bottom of your legs making you look taller, not short and stocky You want a wide calf because it looks more flattering on your body type. As a small framed female finding pants that actually fit anywhere let alone looked flattering was hard. I own one pair of these so called skinny jeans and I like them, I also own other styles of pants because they ARE available. Most places you go to buy pants also say what style they are.. you know, so you can find the style you’re looking for. Now, I do want to add what disturbs me most about your post is the anorexic comment. I’m thin and not flat, I have shape, I have body and am not anorexic. I’ve heard my whole life comments like this and I think it’s sick. Are you really SO unaware that “it takes all kind of people to make a world” different races making different figures. I have a mostly French (France) background, and I have a body type that reflects that. You won’t see bulges, you may feel hella more shapely around me but that doesn’t mean I don’t eat. It means I have a high metabolism and keep myself in shape and NATURALLY have a small frame. I really just can’t believe the amount of ignorance it takes to make such a comment. How insecure are you about your body that someone has to have a mental disorder to justify their size?

  6. Thin But Curvy….obviously not seeing you i cant say if youre anorexic or not. but i do not know of many anorexic chicks that realize they have a problem for quite some time…if they ever do. so to hear you deny youre anorexic doesnt hold much water(or cheeseburgers) again…i dont not know you so im just stating past happenstance.

  7. Your right once a style of pant is in style it is impossible to find the regular jeans or pant your used to!!!
