Please do not ask me to repost a status for the sake of “rising awareness” when it involves issues like terminal diseases, bullying, homophobia, etc. It takes so little effort to copy and paste a post that you want me to put as my status. If you give a fuck about anything then get out there and do something. Walk or run for the cure, relay for life, march in a gay pride parade. Get involved. Volunteer or donate, or just get out and do SOMETHING. Do a little more than copy and paste because in the age of technology, we need more than just “awareness”.

Just wondering on this bitch whether theres a volunteer database where you can say i’m available at this time of day and on these days and if you want help please contact me, I remember when i first started volunteering i found it hard to pick who i would give my time to.
I had an idea for a website a long time ago where people could post their community projects and if you were interested in signing up for it or had any ideas to contribute to it then they could. I wanted to expand it to other ideas like inventions or people wanting to build things. Does anyone know if anything like this exists?
