I was in court last week with a friend, and a young man came up before the judge. He had an application in front of the court to amend the conditions of his House Arrest. The young man was found guilty of break and enter and assault, as he pushed and kicked the old couple in the house he was breaking into, and he was placed on 12 months house arrest for his crimes. He wanted the judge to grant him permission to leave the house so he could go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week. He complained there was nothing for him to do at home and he was trying to stay motivated in this hard time! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Why should his feelings and considerations be taken into place? The court found him guilty and put a punishment in place… it shouldn’t be made easier for him. What about the elderly couple who lost their sense of security in their own home? Is it just me or should his wishes be DENIED?! —JustJenn

  1. I guess he cant count his blessings before him… he could be complaining of the daily encounters with bubba had they locked him up in burnside for the year instead of his own house…

  2. Maybe he’s afraid of losing muscle tone and having the next seniors that he decides to terrorize hand him his scumbag ass on fine bone china. If he starts referring to himself as “The Situation” do society a favor. 2 in the ear.

  3. What did the judge decide, thats their job to decide whats fair? and Ivan is right he’s just gonna hulk up and do it again.

  4. That’s just ridiculous and funny.

First off, poor pitiful criminal, he’s bored at home with nothing to do.

Second, boo freaken hoo, suck it up turd, if it were up to me, you’d be in a cell with nothing! I really hope this judge laughed you out of court.

Also, if you so badly want to exercise, buy a freaken treadmill and use it at home!

  5. Send him to jail where he can pump all the iron he wants. And get stronger by fending off guys like Terry Crews in Friday After Next.

  6. I agree with you. House arrest is a minor punishment that should be for minor crimes only. Break and enter, plus assaulting an elderly couple should not be considered a minor crime in any circumstance.
And no, he should absolutely not be permitted to go to the gym either. It’s called “house” arrest for a reason. It seems like this punishment is merely an inconvenience for those that have committed crimes.

  7. He is lucky to have house arrest. It all comes down to people not taking responsibility for their actions.

  8. 4L water jugs and pushups, there’s your gym.

What’s with thinking a gym is the only way to stay fit? bowflex ain’t been around long but we’ve had people moving around since ever.

  9. And the Female Judge…(Not that it matters) DECIDED…SUCK IT UP PRINCESS!! Be thankful you’re at home and she actually said…”lift things around your house” if you need to work out to stay motivated

  10. justjenn, hard time, these fucken punks wouldn’t know what that was, if it hit them upside their fucking heads. he wants to do some hard time, a friend of mine, works in georgia state corrections. you would love it there guy, they still have fucking chain gangs.

  11. If he really needs his exercise he can work out at home… Gym’s are over rated anyways

And how would he pay for a gym membership?

  12. At least the punk-ass has the safety of his own home rather than a jail cell. Suck it up, you did the crime now do the time and stop your whining about being bored. You should have thought it before you terrorized those people. Shame on you, snivelling little bitch.
