To the Halifax tour company that uses two overworked horses to pull fat tourists around the downtown core – hurry the fuck up! Traffic downtown is slow enough as it is, we don’t need your overgrown carriage lumbering down a main artery at 20km/hr. I’m sick of sitting in a parade of angry drivers behind your carts – and then having to dangerously pass on the wrong side of the road. Get some faster horses and/or lighter tourists, or I swear I’m going to mount the snow plough early this year.

Yeah, whip them “overworked horses” to death. Good idea.*inserts tongue firmly in cheek*
BTW… Have you looked at the Act regarding the Commons… there are provisions in there for ducks, horses and other livestock. Don’t you know you’re living in the land time forgot?
I feel worse for the horses than for your impatience. Not much of a life for a horse! I don’t think it should be allowed. How would you like to pull a wagon full of people up the huge hills downtown in the middle of a city with cars all around. Then add in the heat in the summer!I know people who took that carriage to prom and had to get out and walk because the horses were slipping backwards up those hills because they couldn’t carry the weight. Whoever owns that company should be made to strap on that harness and do it themselves!
What are the provisions Kay? Seriously, I could have some nice and legal fun with this…
