To the god awful waitress at a downtown restaurant that is open late. We were in last night and you barely did your job at all! Basically all you did was give us water and take our payments. After waiting for about twenty minutes before you took our order, the COOK had to bring out our food because you were too busy talking to your nasty friends that kept coming in. Upon leaving we see you outside with your friends smoking, while there were plenty of tables inside. I hope you get fired. You were also rude. —Normally a Tipper

It’s hard to shift gears here after talking about saving the planet. She sounds like a piece of work OP. Should have asked to speak to the manager unless, of course, she was the manager.
