I’d have her obnoxious, rude ass fired. Absolutely no call for that. At one certain coffee and donut place some of the staff actually learned some sign language so they could communicate with their deaf customers (and no there are no schools, etc for the deaf in the area).

I have no idea how or why Per… I mean, that local coffee chain that rhymes with ‘Jerk’s’ is still in business! Their coffee sucks, their food sucks, and everyone who I’ve ever met working there has either been rude, weird, or both. This is at both the Quinpool Road and Water Street locations. I intentionally avoid that place now.
I get awesome service at the Quinpool Road location. The ladies are nice. The guys polite. What else is there? Beats the hell out of the “Timmies” crowd around the corner.
Maybe it’s changed then, I haven’t been there in a while now. Actually the last service I had there was just weird, not rude, which is OK.
Also, when I say rude, I mean by Halifax standards. Rude here is normal “customer service” in places like Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver.
I’m a Tim’s convert. Plus, the dude that works there on Quinpool is a total hottie.
Jerk’s makes awful ice caps. I had one and sweetened it and it still tasted like bitter ASS.
