No gender was specifically referenced in this ‘love’ but it could equally apply to good guys attracted to bad girls. Or it could be about two gay guys, two lesbians, one or two trannies…you get the idea. We’ll assume, for convenience that it is a girl OP writing about a bad boy, until the OP clarifies for us.

Bad boys = instability
Just what every girl dreams about in a mate. Some girls have to figure this out for themselves. While those girls are wasting time/emotions on bad boys, others are busy snagging the good guys. By the time the girl dumps (or gets dumped by) the bad boy the best of the good ones are no longer available. The smart girls don’t let themselves get side-tracked in go-nowhere situations.
