Attention Arse Clowns, you call me at work and inquire about our products and services. While I’m offering the information you need you cut me off and ask me to hold for a minute. Then you answer an incoming call? WTF, this is a place of business and I will not hold while you answer your incoming call. I would certainly not answer another call while I was talking to you.
It’s common courtesy people. Show some respect and let the incoming call go to voice mail. If you have to go you can call me back when you are ready but I will not be put on hold after you called me in the first place. —It’s Not Personal, It’s Business

AHAHAHAHAHAHA people used to do this to me when I worked at my previous job. Finally I’d just say “no” and hung up when they left the line.
