someone backed into the passenger side corner of my bumper last year, bent it back so its almost touching the rear quarter panel, never bothered to leave a note.
Its not a big deal, but common curtesy would be nice.
I wonder what the charge is for denting another vehicle & not bothering to contact the owner ?
Is it hit & run, when no one gets hurt ?

twasn’t me, my beast is safely enscounced in a heated garage. and has been since shitty weather started. but watch out o.p., camera phones can be hazzardous to ones health they say.
This happened at Walmart a few Christmases back. An elderly couple backed out of their parking spot and hit a car in the opposite parking lane. The driver knew he hit them but did nothing but drive off. When he had to wait for traffic to slow down so he could turn I stood behind the car, waved to the couple, copied down the plate numbers, make, model and colour. Then went back into Walmart and had staff page the owner of the car that got hit and gave them the information.
Several people in the parking lot also witnessed it and were stunned with the apathy of the elderly couple. Being old doesn’t give you a right to damage other peoples’ property.
That’s what you do, OP. Writing pointless shit on the Internet and blogs won’t solve things. This OB is probably hoping that car owner is a Coast member and will see this. You know, like how creating Facebook groups somehow solve all world problems.
