I’m pretty sure you and your 3 friends were drunk, lucky for me the police were only down the block and it was quick and easy to report. Without a plate number, it’s unlikely the police will locate the vehicle. Often you need the plate number, make/model of the vehicle, approx age of vehicle, and description of the driver in order for the police to investigate or lay charges. There are lots of older, red cars within HRM.
not always Sebastian_, older model red car + rear end damage is an easy one to spot.. red cars are rare as well.
Ahh, I was under the impression op had the plate number. Yeah without it, it’s unlikely the driver will get tracked down.
It was good of you to call OP and try to make a difference. So many people just shake their heads and walk away these days…no one troubles themselves enough to get involved.
I would have ran after them on foot, got their plate, threw rocks, at least got a make and model.. man how hard is that to get?? Red car means something, but thats what a girl would say.. You need a make.. Red Ford would work well, red Chevy, red Honda… i mean, you are fantastic, but ‘red car’ is what a girl would say… sorry girls, you know all brands of everything except cars.

I know brands of cars extremely well, I can change my own headlights and wipers and even my oil if I really wanted to. I can not only tell you most makes and models of cars but can usually guess the year (give or take a year). Sorry cptstupid…we don’t like stereotypes here!

I can also tell many makes of cars because I looked into a lot of them when I was buying my car.
you hope the cops will get them. with no plate number, it could have been anyone. even me, but i don’t use my baby in the fall or winter, or spring, for that matter. about 4 months a year at most. that’s why it only has 65 thousand on it, and is factory fresh.

Not only can I tell make and model, and TTFN might back me up on this, as an artist I can give you a good physical description of the driver and his drunk friends as well… we’re trained to be observant. I might be wrong ‘tho, I’m just a girl– tee hee…
