When I heard that the Prime Minister was on television playing and singing “With A Little Help From My Friends”, I had a laugh. Then I checked it out and he was actually very good and showed us the human side. Who’d a thunk.

Better watch what you say here at “The Coast,” Halifax’s weekly left-leaning independent alternative newspaper, especially if it may be taken as supporting a non-left-winger. You could get seriously chastised for saying something like this.
It was pretty funny to watch though, and he can actually kind of carry a tune. Move over Paul McCartney!

LS, booted out? In official polls Harper’s running at a solid 40% and in unofficial polls it goes up to 60%. Iggy is floundering more than the previous leader, what’s his name.
Get high with a little help from my friends indeed… how he can sing that line and at the same time step up the war on drugs against pot smokers and enjoy a rise in the polls ?? It’s beyond me.
