Thank you so much to the man who offered me help in setting up my art installation on Monday. It was cold and windy and slippery on the rocks in front of the Marriott, and you could have looked at me and thought “That girl’s foolish” and kept walking, but you didn’t. You cheerily walked over to me and asked if I needed help, then asked me what I was doing. When I told you that I’m a NSCAD student setting up an installation you didn’t just nod and smile, you said “Good for you” in such an encouraging voice. That little bit of help you gave me saved me time and so much grief with my net in the wind! You made my day, thank you so much. -Installation on the Harbourfront
