Do you REALLY feel that $810 million is entitled to your health care programs because you have more people? Seriously? Seriously… SERIOUSLY!?! Yeah, Canada has kind of given you the short end of the stick in the past with the whole National Energy Program and Kyoto (though I TOTALLY don’t agree with your position) but come the f*** on. Give up the grudge and move on. You’ll get enough financing for health care regardless so why can’t you take one for the team?

I don’t know if you know this or not OP, but healthcare is fucking expensive. As long as they’re not getting more money than Ontario, I really don’t see a problem.
Bro Tim.. this is a huge problem with everyone.. It’s not about what the person says or the decisions they make. Donkeys hear a name and start braying. They don’t THINK. They just react. It’s annoying but what are you gonna do about it? Make them smarter? Impossible…
For example, if you hate someone, fine. But when they do something intelligent or correct (not saying this is.. just making a point) you need to listen to the ISSUE and stop thinking about the PERSON. Putting the person before considering the issue is what stupid people do.
Hear a name……..Harper……….He’s raising the medicare budget by 6% each year for the next 3 years to make up for the cuts that Martin did during the last majority government.
Hear another name……..Dexter………he made cuts last year, and blamed it on Harper. He will make more cuts on Harper this year and the next year and the next year….and he will blaim it on Harper.
I don’t know if 810 million is entitled to alberta. But the more people a province has, the more money it should get for health care. Because health care exists to care for the health of people. A town/city/province with 10 people needs less money for health care than a town/city/province with 10 million people.
Plus with all the oil rig shit out there, there’s probably a lot more need for it.
math + physics / biology = health care economics.
East coast gripes about Alberta? Before we start complaining and sniping at them, we should stop going there for work. Somehow I think Alberta gives Nova Scotians a lot more than they take.
